Hamas' armed wing, the Qassam Brigades, claimed responsibility for an attack on Israeli forces in Jabalia, located in the northern Gaza Strip.

The group reported that its fighters detonated explosives in a house occupied by Israeli soldiers, resulting in several casualties and injuries among the soldiers. Additionally, the Qassam Brigades stated they targeted two Israeli tanks in the same area on Friday.
