WH: We have been transparent on Biden's medical records
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stressed on Tuesday that there has been "transparency" regarding the publication of President Joe Biden's medical records.
Jean-Pierre emphasized the White House "understands" the concerns over Biden's debate performance as "it is not uncommon for incumbents to have a bad night on their first debate." However, she reassured that "it was a bad night" and the administration has "released thorough reports from his medical team every year since he's been in office" with "consistency."
Regarding former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's comments questioning whether Biden's behavior during the debate was "an episode" or "a condition," Jean-Pierre said it "is a fair question to ask" that it is not being ignored.
